I am the General Partner to a principal investment Limited Partnership and have over 30 years’ experience in financial markets including, debt, equity and principal investment.

My experience includes being a Divisional Director of Macquarie Bank, a Director of Institutional Equity Sales at BNP Paribas in Singapore and a Director of Moto International Holdings (Moto UK).

In addition to public company governance and investor representative roles on privately held global infrastructure assets, I have also arranged debt to equity refinancing, short term debt working capital facilities and long term senior and subordinated debt funding.

Recent experience as a corporate advisor to raise new equity capital has lead to a number of successful institutional equity placement transactions on the ASX.
